// company
Ziru Labs.
A deep-tech company rooting artificial intelligence in verifiable silicon.
// mission
Mission.
Ziru Labs builds the trust layer for AI: the hardware-rooted substrate where AI behavior becomes verifiable from silicon up.
The primitive Ziru Labs holds is in the analytical category of TCP/IP, public-key cryptography, GPS, and ARM. These are foundational infrastructure layers whose presence is required for the layers above them to interoperate, and whose absence shows up as structural capability gaps that no single layer above can fill alone. The deliberate work of the company is to demonstrate this primitive at the level of live hardware, codify it across the standards processes presently drafting, and prosecute the intellectual property that secures it at the mechanism level.
// origin
Origin.
Ziru Labs was founded in 2025 after the founder's multi-year operational exposure to high-stakes security environments in the Baltic region during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The company's analytical lens, the Cognitive-Physical Orchestration Kernel concept underlying Project Phoenix, emerged from direct exposure to senior counterparties across U.S. embassy efforts, NATO delegations, defense ministries, and U.S. defense primes during that period. The company is structured to apply that analytical lens commercially, at scale, in the United States, with allied sovereign engagement in parallel.

Trajectory.
The company sits at a strategic inflection. The next eighteen months determine the reference implementation that codifies the trust layer across federal, EU, NATO, IEEE, and ISO/IEC standards processes.
